Man 2 Man
We are a community of men living out of a full heart. We are looking for adventure in life, love in the people around us, and freedom for our souls.
The mission was born out of tears and repentance, as we experienced God in a way that shook our lives to the core. While exploring the restoration of our own masculine hearts, we began to see freedom in our lives. A wild, whole hearted, exciting freedom of the soul. We fight for each other, our families, our very lives.
In doing so, we have seen lives changed, men restored, and God placing them as leaders in the kingdoms of their lives. We choose the ancient path of becoming the men God created, when he created us. We can’t help but invite other men to join us in this adventure.
Man 2 Man seeks to influence and coach men to pursue Christ and to become the men God called them to be so they can truly live, making strong impacts in their marriages, friendships, workplaces, churches and communities, and to help men discover their true identity.
Mike Metkowski
Stepping into the second half of his life, Mike Metkowski began leading Man 2 Man in the fall of 2021:
“My focus is coaching and mentoring men to become who God has called them to be, to teach and instruct them to follow Christ through adversity, and to help them reclaim their masculine souls.” – Mike Metkowski
Man 2 Man is both a culmination of 26 years of Mike’s life work pastoring, teaching and counseling men, and a step forward into new spiritual territory.
Mike seeks to influence and coach men to pursue Christ and to become the men God called them to be, making strong impacts in their marriages, friendships, workplaces, churches and communities, and to help men discover their true identity.
Additionally, through working alongside other organizations like Heart of a Warrior in the Twin Cities and organizing Wild at Heart events and retreats such as Basic, Becoming a King, and Muster, Mike’s hope is that God will work through Man 2 Man to raise up Christ-like men to become “more than conquerors” (Romans 8:37).
